The hotel's rooms were quite small but adequate, although they did have a slight smell of stale tobacco. I knew about this in advance, so I brought some lavender essential oil to freshen up the room. The rooms were not quite up to 4-star standards, but overall, they served their purpose well. The service was really helpful and accommodating, especially in handling special requests and waving us goodbye outside. The location was perfect, with a good room rate, ample seating areas, and close proximity to the Grotto, making it convenient for our visit. The dining experience offered a good selection of breakfast items, although there were some misspelled items on the menu. The facilities were decent, catering to our needs during the stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with 3 single beds and a walk-in shower. They were maintained very well and were spotlessly clean. However, the room was pretty small for 3 of my group members, which was a bit cramped.
I found the hotel to be like a home away from home with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The rooms were fine, cleaned daily, and provided fresh towels daily. I even had no issues moving around in the non-access rooms despite using a wheelchair. However, some rooms seemed small and shabby, needing an update.
The hotel is a perfect value with rooms that accommodate different needs, though some may find them dated. The service is attentive and accommodating, with friendly staff always around to help. The location is great, offering various seating options and being close to the Sanctuaries. The dining experience could be improved with more thoughtful options.
