The rooms were not quite up to 4-star standards, but overall, they served their purpose well. The service was really helpful and accommodating, especially in handling special requests and waving us goodbye outside. The location was perfect, with a good room rate, ample seating areas, and close proximity to the Grotto, making it convenient for our visit. I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with 3 single beds and a walk-in shower. They were maintained very well and were spotlessly clean. However, the room was pretty small for 3 of my group members, which was a bit cramped.
